COME JOIN US FOR A PHOTO ADVENTURE!  Hidden deep within a canyon, along the banks of Can Creek, lies one of the crown jewels of the Texas Hill Country.  With an abundance of water, natural grasses, native hardwood trees and natural limestone formations, LOST MAPLES STATE NATURAL AREA is always serenely beautiful, but when the autumn conditions are right, the inner canyon greets its visitors  with a rich display of spectacular fall colors.  Brilliant red and vibrant yellows blend with orange, sienna, viridian and every shade in between.  This season is fast approaching and we're anticipating a remarkable display of color!

Award_Winning magazine photographer and Magazine Photo Editor Kevin Vandivier is leading a four day weekend photo expedition hosted by TEXAS PHOTO WORKSHOPS to capture fall foliage at its peak beauty in November. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn new techniques for capturing this explosion of color and light from a leading professional.
